Starfall brings six worlds of scrolling combat to PAL C64s

An interceptor crosses an orbital station, underwater base and organic tunnel before reaching the Enemy Core.

Technician Ted released Starfall for the Commodore 64 on 5th November 2026. The horizontally scrolling shoot ’em up is available as a name-your-own-price D64 disk image.

The creator names Gradius, Sanxion and Delta as inspirations. Starfall sends a lone interceptor through six worlds, with a separate boss for each setting.

Its route takes in an orbital station, a tropical planet, an underwater base and a living organic tunnel. Hyperspace and an ice planet lead towards the Enemy Core.

The weapon selection includes a spread shot, laser, homing missiles and wave cannon. The game loads its worlds separately from disk.

Technician Ted specifies PAL support. The release page lists a 170 kB starfall.d64 download.

The Starfall release page provides the game and its documentation.
